What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept credit and debit card payments.
Delivery
Can I have the candle sent to someone as a gift?
Yes! When providing the address, provide the address of the recipient and the candles will be sent directly to them. You won’t need to worry about gift wrapping as we individually package each candle.
How long will my delivery take?
We ask that you allow 7 days for your candle to be handmade, hand-poured and delivered to your door.

How long does the candle last?
The 20cl candle has a burn time of 30 – 35 hours.
The 30cl candle has a burn time of 40 – 45 hours.
How big is the candle?
The 20cl candle is 83mm x 66mm.
The 30cl candle is 93mm x 78mm.
Candle Care
How do I know when to stop burning the candle?
We recommend burning the candle until you have 10mm of wax left at the bottom of your candle glass.
How long should I burn the candle for?
We recommend burning your candle for 4 hours at a time. Try and keep your candle away from windy spaces and at least 10cm away from walls or objects.
Trim your wick after every use to get the most out of your candle.
